Don’t need an office every day of the week, but looking for a fixed workspace you can call your own? Abundance Building has fully-equipped offices with as much space as you need, for as long as you need them – ideal for part-time working, mobile sales teams and project offices.

We are committed to helping you build your abundance by having our professional office space clean and ready for your arrival; All meeting room time must be scheduled in advance to assure availability.

Virtual / Flex Office Space

Virtual Office - $50 per month
Includes access to conference room or office suite for one - 2 hour visit per month
- Local professional business address
- Mail receiving and handling - Personal mail box
- Use of address for business cards, licensing, website, etc.
- FIOS High Speed Wireless Internet
- Lobby greeter to welcome your walk-in clients
- Business Support Center (Copier/Fax)
- Utilities
- Coffee, Tea and Water
- Free Parking for you and your guests
- Client drop off/pick up point

$25 per hour
Use of Conference/meeting room with booking in advance (2 Hour Minimum, $200 deposit required, no mailbox included).

16 hours –  $195 per month
Use of Conference/ Meeting Rooms in 2 hour increments (includes Basic Mailbox Service – your own street address)

20 hours  – $245 per month
Use of Conference/ Meeting Rooms in 2 hour increments (includes Basic Mailbox Service – your own street address)

25 hours  – $305 per month
Use of Conference/ Meeting Rooms in 2 hour increments (includes Basic Mailbox Service – your own street address)

Executive Suites Space

Furnished – Starting at $550 per month.  (6 mo term lease)

Unfurnished – Starting at $500 per month (6 mo term lease)

Suites come with access to  the Conference/ Meeting Rooms on an as need basis (must be scheduled prior to use).

Add-On Services

Add-on: Premium Mailbox Service - $25 per month*
Once you are a tenant, you may upgrade your mail service to include courtesy calls when your mail arrives, and we offer forwarding, for the price of postage.

Add-on: Locked Storage Cabinets  - $25 per month*
For our Flex Tenants only, check for availability

Add-on: Signage - $15 per month*¹
Your Company name on our front door sign, for our tenants only
